UOL reports that the Timão will not be on the market for a new centre-back, and will make Bruno Méndez and Léo Santos the officials backups for Gil and Manoel. Also, with Henrique making the move to the United Arab Emirates, youngest João Victor will get more playing time with Corinthians.

The Timão’s brass has made it known they will not make the move difficult for Henrique and will let him leave should he ask for a release.
