Bologna and Monza go head-to-head for a place in the Coppa Italia quarter-finals, where they will face either Atalanta or Cesena.
It kicks off at the Stadio Dall’Ara at 17.30 GMT.
If the tie is not decided after 90 minutes, then it will go directly to a penalty shoot-out without needing extra time.
Bologna are fresh from a 3-0 Serie A victory over Venezia, but have gone out in the Round of 16 in 11 of the last 12 campaigns.
Coach Vincenzo Italiano rotates the squad with Santiago Castro upfront supported by Riccardo Orsolini, Lewis Ferguson and Samuel Iling-Junior.

Monza make the trip without Italy international Daniel Maldini, who has a slight muscular issue and remained at home.
The absentee list is fairly long, including Roberto Gagliardini, Matteo Pessina and Alessio Cragno, but Stefano Sensi is back in the squad.
Andrea Petagna gets a rare start in the centre-forward role and Patrick Ciurria makes his comeback from injury.
Alessandro Nesta’s side is without a win since October 21 against Hellas Verona.
