Christopher Nkunku admits he wants more playing time at Paris Saint-Germain following his impressive breakthrough season.
Nkunku only started six games for the Parisians last season but was used as a substitute with regularity, often scoring or assisting after coming on.
However, with links to Liverpool and Fiorentina surfacing, the 20-year-old has expressed a desire for more minutes and isn’t afraid of leaving to find that.
“I’d liked for things to have gone better, for me to play more,” he told L’Equipe. “When I had playing time, I tried to make the most of it.
“We’ll see what happens at the beginning of July. What’s clear in my head, is that I’m not ready to face a season in which I don’t play, or do so very little.
“If the coach wants to use me more in the rotation, I’ll have to think about it. I need to establish myself in a particular role and work on it so I improve.”
