After Chivas’ season came to an end over the weekend, the board went full steam ahead in preparing for next season.
The names of players who could leave the club are already popping up and Oribe Peralta has already been discarded.
Josecarlos Van Rankin and Alexis Peña, who are currently on loan with the Portland Timbers and Cruz Azul, respectively, want to continue in their current teams and could be sold.
Goalkeepers Miguel Jiménez and Toño Rodríguez, are also rumoured to be leaving the club, with the latter wanting something new after losing the starting job to Raúl Gudiño.
Cristian Calderón and Hiram Mier may be headed out the door as well after a series of inconsistent performances, while Miguel Ponce and César Huerta could be met with the same fate.
One name that recently has been linked to a shock departure is Fernando Beltrán, as the 23-year-old was not as involved as initially expected this season.
