The Sports Science Department of Club Deportivo Guadalajara reports on the condition of Víctor Guzmán, who suffered an injury during a training session during the team's preseason in Zacatecas and was transferred to Guadalajara for surgery.

"This Monday, Víctor Guzmán presented intense pain in his left foot, for which he underwent the corresponding studies at a local clinic and a fracture of the 5th metatarsal was confirmed. In the evening, at a hospital in Guadalajara, he underwent surgery in a satisfactory manner. His recovery period will take approximately 8-9 weeks".
