Chelsea’s Christian Pulisic rejects Lyon in favour of Milan

Chelsea winger Christian Pulisic is clear about his future and he only wants to join Milan this summer.

There has been concrete talk about Lyon’s interest in the American, with the Ligue 1 side having made an offer. Daniele Longo has now reported that Pulisic has rejected Lyon as he wants to head to San Siro to play for Milan. Chelsea were initially on the verge of accepting Lyon’s offer but the winger’s decision has made them reject that approach.

There is already an agreement on personal terms between Milan and Pulisic, with talks between the two clubs still ongoing regarding a transfer fee. Chelsea want €25 million for the player but Milan believe that it is too much for the American, for whom they initially offered €15 million. New contacts are expected in the next few hours and Milan remain optimistic about completing the move and reaching an agreement with Chelsea.
