Chelsea are without Axel Disasi and Enzo Fernandez for tonight’s Premier League clash with Everton.
Disasi, who had never missed a game through injury before joining Chelsea, has not trained since the 2-2 draw with Sheffield United, and neither has Fernandez.
Ben Chilwell is in “partial team training” and is fit for a place on the bench. Levi Colwill, Wesley Fofana, Reece James, Romeo Lavia, Christopher Nkunku and Lesley Ugochukwu remain out injured.
Goalkeeper Djordje Petrovic continues despite his declining form.
Malo Gusto returns after being rested on Sunday, and he joins a back four with Trevoh Chalobah, Thiago Silva and Marc Cucurella, the only senior defenders available.
With Fernandez unavailable, Moises Caicedo partners Conor Gallagher at the base of midfield. Chelsea then play an attacking front four of Cole Palmer, Mykhailo Mudryk, Noni Madueke and Nicolas Jackson.
Sterling, who has not started any of the last three games, misses out with illness.
