Chelsea face Brighton at Stamford Bridge in just under an hour, and the teams are in!

Mauricio Pochettino has to walk a fine balance between rotation and his desperation to get a result tonight, so as expected it’s a strong side with some tweaks. There are 5 changes to the team that lost to Aston Villa on Sunday.

Robert Sanchez sticks in goal, and beyond that… it’s pretty hard to work out what’s going on. Ben Chilwell, Ian Maatsen and Marc Cucurella are ALL in the team together.

Up front it looks like Nicolas Jackson will be supported by Cole Palmer, Mykhailo Mudryk and then perhaps Chilwell on the left wing.

Lesley Ugochukwu and Moises Caicedo make the central midfield pair.

Then it would be perhaps Axel Disasi at right back, Levi Colwill and Cucurella in the centre, and Maatsen at left back? It’s hard to say really… perhaps it’s a wing back situation with Cucurella, Disasi and Colwill as centre backs. We will soon know, anyway…
