Chelsea reportedly have zero interest in signing one attacker who has 5 goals in 8 games for his club this season, per a report out this weekend.

There’s been some other reports going around from a very reliable source suggesting that Chelsea are actually interested in said forward, but the rumour has been shut down by another source.

EXCLUSIVE! Chelsea make club-to-club contact to sign new Premier League striker!!

It was reported over the weekend that Chelsea are keen on signing Dortmund forward Karim Adeyemi, and this is not the first time that The Blues have been linked with the German international.

The report came from Sky Germany who say Chelsea are interested in Dortmund duo Gregor Kobel and Adeyemi.

But reporter Ben Jacobs, writing for GIVEMESPORT, is trying to shut both of these rumours down in his latest report.

Blues not in for Adeyemi

Adeyemi knows where the net is

He claims that Chelsea are not pursuing a move for Adeyemi in January despite showing interest during the summer.

There is ‘no active’ interest in Adeyemi from the Blues despite previous interest being held.

The forward recently signed with Epic Sports to represent him and Ali Barat has been a key figure in much of Chelsea’s recent transfer business. However, Ben Jacobs’ sources insist that neither Epic nor Chelsea are currently working on a deal for the Germany international.

Marc Guiu and Omari Kellyman are apparently considered part of Chelsea’s first team squad, and the report says that with the host of attacking talent they have, they believe they have enough firepower in the team for now and Enzo Maresca is happy with what he has for the winter window at least.

Personally I have always believed that Chelsea will sign a new striker but it will be in the summer. I can’t see it being Adeyemi though.
