Chelsea get another home cup draw as crazy luck continues | OneFootball

Chelsea have drawn the winner of the Leeds and Plymouth replay in the FA Cup Fifth Round, and will face them if they’re able to beat Aston Villa away from home in their own Fourth Round replay.

Whichever side wins that game, it will a home tie for us once again, continuing a crazy run which has seen us drawn at home in every round in both cups so far this season. That really adds up in terms of travel time, and makes it easier for Mauricio Pochettino to select a strong side.

Beating Villa is not a given though – they could easily have won at Stamford Bridge, and will be an even tougher test at Villa Park.

Pochettino has already guided his team to the EFL Cup final, and in a season without European football to distract him, will be really keen to do the same in the FA Cup too.
