Changes to our opening hours | OneFootball

From Wednesday 8th May our Fan Support, Stadium Tours and Etihad City Store will now be opening from 9:30am, see a full breakdown of our opening hours below.

Fan Support and Access phone lines, and City Store counter opening times, will move to 9:30am-5:15pm with the exception of Thursdays, when we’ll continue to open at 10am.

The decision to delay opening hours has been taken so Fan Support can deliver detailed, bespoke briefings to its service team every morning. In doing so, this will further develop the team’s understanding and their ability to efficiently address the specific issues most relevant to fans on a certain day.

On matchdays, the Fan Support Office located on the Colin Bell Stand opposite Tower R will open from 9am, with the Fan Support Office located on the East Stand opposite Tower J opening 4-hours prior to kick-off. Both will remain open until 15-minutes after kick-off offering in-person support to matchday attendees.
