Zambia head coach Avram Grant announced on Wednesday, July 16, a provisional squad of 32 home-based players for the 2024 African Nations Championship. This lineup features a blend of seasoned veterans and promising young talents.

With just weeks to go before the kickoff of the 8th edition of CHAN, Zambia’s head coach has revealed the provisional list of local Chipolopolos set to compete in the tournament scheduled from August 2 to 30, 2025, co-hosted by Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania.

Zambia will compete in Group A of CHAN 2024, alongside hosts Kenya, DR Congo, Morocco, and Angola. According to the fixture list, Zambia faces DR Congo on August 7, Angola on August 10, Morocco on August 14, and wraps up the group stage against Kenya on August 17.
