Celtic’s Ken Ross has shared a brilliant snap of the Paradise surface in a cheeky dig across the city.

Ross, who works as a tour guide, took to Twitter to share the glorious picture of the playing surface just days after Rangers revealed they’d be forced to play away from Ibrox at the beginning of the season.

The club moved to rip up and re-lay the surface after the season ended as the preparations quickly switched to 2024/25. The pitch is obviously looking excellent and fans will be delighted when to see the Hoops return to action when the season begins.

Brendan Rodgers was critical of the pitch in January/February when his side were in the midst of a run of performances that left fans concerned about their title chances. However, the manager and his team rallied and delivered a title and Scottish Cup.

Next season, Celtic will be looking to retain their trophies whilst regaining the League Cup and competing in Europe. The new format will see two more games and a more lucrative windfall for the Scottish Champions.
