Though Celtic haven’t even got their manager situation figured out yet, that has not stopped them from tracking a large number of players for the upcoming season.
According to the Daily Mail, 19-year-old West Brom midfielder Rekeem Harper is the latest player to be on Celtic’s radar.
Harper, who made 23 appearances for the Baggies in all competitions, will be available on a free transfer as his contract expires at the end of June.
While West Brom confirmed on their official website that they’re still waiting on Harper to respond to their second and final contract offer, both Tottenham and Norwich are also interested in the England U-19 international.
With Dedryck Boyata off to Hertha Berlin, Celtic are looking to re-build their squad to compete in Europe next season.
