Celtic knocked out of Europa League by Bayer Leverkusen
Celtic bowed out of the Europa League after losing 3-2 against Bayer Leverkusen on Thursday.
The Hoops were unable to put in the level of performance needed to keep themselves alive in the competition.
Leverkusen took the lead through Robert Andrich, before Celtic equalised from the penalty spot.
Neves Filipe gave Celtic a surprise second half lead, but Andrich equalised in the last ten minutes of the game.
Moussa Diaby then scored the winner, ending Celtic's Europa League adventure.
They will drop down into the Europa Conference play-offs.
