Celtic FC B discover KDM Evolution Trophy league phase opponents | OneFootball

The young Hoops have discovered their opponents for the KDM Evolution Trophy league phase as the new format for the competition prepares to get underway.

With the draw being split regionalised sections, the Celts will take on Clyde, Kelty Hearts, Alloa Athletic, Edinburgh City, East Fife and East Kilbride, all away from home.

Ahead of the 2025/26 campaign, the competition previously known as the SPFL Trust Trophy will now kick-off with a league phase format, which will see Stephen McManus’ B Team squad face off against League One and League Two opposition.

The KDM Evolution Trophy kicking off on August 12/13, and matchday six on Tuesday, November 11.

The top 22 teams in the league phase will then progress, and Scottish Championship side’s will then be introduced to the knockout stages with the Round of 23 taking place in December.
