Celta Vigo starlet Fer López could seal a move to the Premier League with Wolverhampton Wanderers as soon as this coming week.

That’s according to transfer insider Fabrizio Romano, who has on Sunday provided an insight into the situation.

The name of youngster López has of course proven a prominent one in the transfer headlines across England and Spain alike over recent days.

This comes after widespread confirmation was forthcoming that the 21-year-old has been earmarked as a leading summer transfer target on the part of the aforementioned Wolves.

López is for his part fresh off a breakout 2nd half of the campaign in Vigo, which saw the Spaniard turn heads on his way to a pair of goals across 17 appearances.

And if the latest word stemming from the media on Sunday evening is anything to go by, then such efforts look set to culminate in an imminent departure from his current home in Galicia.

‘Fer López’s move to Wolves from Celta Vigo can be sealed already next week, with verbal agreement almost done. Celta are expected to receive over €20m as player has already agreed terms with Premier League side.’
