Aston Villa clashed heads with Middlesbrough at the Riverside Stadium earlier this evening as they hoped to secure a victory on their travels in the FA Cup. The Villans were solid in the first half and went into the half-time break with a goalless scoreline.

Matty Cash ended up scoring the winning goal in the 88th minute as Unai Emery’s men earned a narrow 1-0 win away from home.
