Championship Conference

Cardiff City FC 9-0 Cardiff Met Swansea City 4-1 The New Saints

Danielle Broadhurst put the Bluebirds in front after just 7 minutes, she was then brought down in the box 10 minutes later and Seren Watkins slotted home the subsequent penalty. Eliza Collie added a third, followed by a brace from Rhiane Oakley to make it 5-0 at half time. Collie added a second half hat-trick, Meg Bowen also putting her name on the scoresheet.

Swansea stayed in the league title hunt by defeating TNS, striking in the first minute through Katy Hosford. Lucie Platt equalised, only for Stacey John-Davis to net two in three minutes to make it 3-1 at the break. Monet Legall  added a fourth after 73 minutes.

Plate Conference

Abergavenny 0-1 Aberystwyth Town Pontypridd United 0-0 Barry Town United

Aberystwyth Town were on the road at Abergavenny, with both hoping to catch their respective team above. The Seasiders took the lead after 15 minutes with Emily Thomas turning in Bethan Roberts pass, in what turned out to be the only goal of the game, leaving Aber in contention to take the Plate title.

Conference table leaders Pontypridd United were held by Barry, rueing a couple of chances that came back off the post. The Linnets are not yet down and out and with keeper Erin Brennan having a great game, they were equal defensively to Ponty’s attack and the game finished all square 0-0.

With Barry facing Aberystwyth next and Ponty on the road to Abergavenny, it could be a big weekend all round.

Adran North

Llanfair United 0-1 Felinheli

Felinheli took all three points with a third minute own-goal from Llanfair United.

Adran South

Cascade 3-1 Swansea University Pontardawe Town 1-3 Briton Ferry Llansawel

Following their victory at Pontardawe Town, Briton Ferry will be champions if they win at home to Caldicot on Tuesday.
