According to Fußball Transfers' reports, Eintracht Frankfurt also had Kvistgaarden on its summer watchlist.

Coming off the back of a 22-goal season, a transfer fee of around €13million was recently discussed with Die Adler.

However, the 23-year-old Dane has instead decided to try his luck in England on a four-year contract with Norwich.

“When the [Norwich] expressed interest in me, I just thought it might be a good fit. I think it's no secret that we need to get promoted to the Premier League—that's my goal here, too.

"That's the club's goal and my goal, too. Hopefully, I can bring the same energy as I did at my previous club,” Kvistgaarden explained.
