Bristol City have announced the news that Jesse Woolley, Jasmine Bull and Amalie Thestrup will all be leaving Ashton Gate later this month when their current contracts come to an end.

The Robins revealed their end of season released list via a post on their official club website this morning.

Forward Woolley is a product of the Bristol City academy system and she has spent her entire career to date with the club, barring a loan spell at Reading in 2023/2024. She has represented the club on more than 60 occasions in all competitions.

Midfielder Bull joined Bristol City’s academy back in 2019 after impressing for Keynsham Town. The player has gone on to feature regularly for the first team in the last three seasons.

Danish forward Thestrup has spent two seasons with Bristol City. She netted nine goals for The Robins in the top flight in 2023/2024.

Speaking after Bristol City’s released list was announced, Club Chair, Gavin Marshall said “I would like to thank Jesse, Jazz and Amalie for the contribution they made during their time at Bristol City. They have been a part of many memorable moments at the club and I wish them nothing but the very best for the future.”

Bristol City remain in contract negotiations with eight players while the club have taken up options on the contracts of Harley Bennett and Tianna Teisar.
