Brighton are ready to take a closer look at Deniz Undav.

The Argus says the 25-year-old German has been in great form for Tony Bloom's club Union St Gilloise, who are top of the league.

It is unclear whether he would link up with the Seagulls this season.

The Belgian forward has been likened to Leandro Trossard and Marco Reus and is also having a good season with Union SG, scoring 19 goals in 26 appearances in all competitions.

Undav has also showed that he can link up well with his teammates and has amassed 10 assists.

Albion currently only have two senior strikers at the club after Aaron Connolly was loaned out to Championship side Middlesbrough.
