🍒 Bournemouth thrash Swansea to progress into FA Cup fifth round | OneFootball

Bournemouth cruised into the fifth round of the FA Cup, beating Championship side Swansea City 5-0 to progress.

Scorers: Kelly 7′, Scott 10′, Sinisterra 14′, Brooks 35′

Bournemouth started with a flurry, scoring three quickfire goals within 15 minutes to almost immediately put their opponents out of sight.

David Brooks was the orchestrator of the first two, delivering a set piece for Lloyd Kelly to head home after 7 minutes before cutting a ball back for Alex Scott to rifle into the back of the net just three minutes later.

Luis Sinisterra then added the Cherries’ third, slotting his curling effort into the bottom right corner after Scott won back possession.

After setting up the first two Brooks then got in on the action, being played through by the inform Dominic Solanke and guiding his shot into the bottom left corner.

Solanke added Bournemouth’s fifth just before halftime.

A convincing win for the Cherries but a miserable day at the office for Luke Williams’ side.
