Borussia Dortmund are on the verge of completing their first two transfers of the summer.
According to German magazine kicker, the deals are all but confirmed.
The report claims Dortmund will sign left-back Nico Schulz from TSG Hoffenheim, with the move to be announced after the Bundesliga season ends on Saturday.
Schulz, who has become Germany’s first choice left-back this year, is expected to move for around €25m.
Kicker go on to say Hazard will ‘definitely’ join Dortmund from Borussia Mönchengladbach this summer.
The Belgian has already admitted he has an agreement with the Black and Yellows.
“I have an agreement with Borussia Dortmund,” Hazard recently admitted in an interview.
“I have spoken to them, now it’s down to the clubs. They’re in talks, it takes time.”
Hazard’s contract with Gladbach expires in one year, leaving them in a weak position to negotiate from.
According to the report, Dortmund will sign the winger for a fee under €30m, roughly half of what Gladbach had originally demanded.
Hazard will be expected to replace Christian Pulisic, who will leave for Chelsea in the summer.
Before then, he will have to face Dortmund, who travel to Gladbach on Saturday with faint hopes of clinching a first Bundesliga title since 2012.
