Borussia Dortmund manager Edin Terzic was furious with the referee after his side bowed out of the Champions League.

The interim coach felt his side were hard done by during both legs, after a goal was disallowed in the away fixture in England, and Emre Can gave away a penalty for hand ball in the second leg in Germany.

Dortmund lost both ties 2-1, going out 4-2 on aggregate, as City prepare to face PSG in the semi finals.

Terzic said post-game: "We are not happy with the decisions the referee took over the last eight days in both games.

"We don't understand why they don't use the screen if it is there to help.

"But this was one piece of the games, Man City deserved to go through to the next round."
