Bernardo Silva wants to leave Manchester City this summer, according to The Athletic.
The 26-year-old has recently been linked with a move to LaLiga champions Atlético Madrid and was reportedly set to join Barcelona last summer before the move fell through at the last time.
The report adds that England winger Raheem Sterling would be open to a move away from City if the opportunity arises.
Bernardo had a solid season, appearing 39 times as City retained the Premier League title and reached the final of the Champions League.
But the Portuguese, though not unhappy with his situation at the club, appears to be keen on a change of scenery.
Man City don’t want to lose a player that has been at the Etihad since 2017 but would not stand in the way of a transfer if the right offer comes in, the report adds.
Pep Guardiola is expected not to approve of any potential departure of Silva but is keen on bringing Aston Villa’s Jack Grealish to the club.
