Benjamin Pavard is reportedly angling for a move to Bayern Munich in January after running out of patience with current club Stuttgart.

The World Cup winner was one of the breakout stars in Russia and was heavily linked with the likes of Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester United and the Bavarian giants.

But the 22-year-old opted to stay with the Schwaben for another campaign out of a sense of loyalty as they looked to kick on from their seventh place finish last term.

Stuttgart though have done almost the exact opposite, and are currently struggling in a relegation battle having sacked previous coach Tayfun Korkut.

As such, Sky Sports claim that Pavard will now look to leave the Mercedes Benz Arena after two years and is angling for a switch to Bayern.

It’s believed that the former Lille man wants to stay in the Bundesliga and will reject advances from teams in France and Italy.
