Bayern Munich have once again shown their interest in signing Sevilla goalkeeper Yassine Bono, according to Relevo.

Fellow goalkeeper Yann Sommer is set to leave the Bundesliga club for Inter, with multiple deals waiting on one another.

After days of negotiations and the departure of David de Gea, Manchester United are close to signing André Onana from Inter to replace the Spaniard.

Bayern’s Swiss goalkeeper Sommer is now expected to replace Onana at the Serie A club. The former Borussia Mönchengladbach netminder arrived in the winter transfer window to replace the injured Manuel Neuer, who has returned from injury, so they are not going to put any obstacles in the way of the Swiss goalkeeper’s departure.

As reported by Relevo on 3 April, Bayern made an effort to sign Bono when Neuer was injured after falling while skiing in January but the deal never materialised.

Bono himself rejected the move, claiming that he felt at home in the city of Seville, as did his family, and that he wanted to help his team-mates out of the difficult situation in which they found themselves at the time. Days later, the German club signed Sommer from Borussia Mönchengladbach.
