Bayern Munich reject Barcelona offer for Robert Lewandowski
Get Spanish Football News
Mundo Deportivo report that Barcelona’s first offer for Robert Lewandowski has been rejected by Bayern Munich.
The €32 million offer did not satisfy the German club, who have continually said that Lewandowski will play for them until his contract expires in 2023.
Pini Zahavi, the striker’s agent, met last week with the German club to inform them that the Poland international had decided not to renew his contract with Bayern. Barcelona’s representatives are now negotiating directly with Bayern’s directors.
Talks are expected to continue between both parties.
