According to Sport Bild, Bayern Munich forward Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting is considering a move away from the club with his desired destination being Qatar.

Per the report, the Cameroon international could imagine a future in the Qatar First Division despite his contract with Bayern Munich running until 2023.

The Bundesliga champions would be open to selling the 33-year-old for a reasonable transfer fee.

Choupo-Moting arrived at Bayern Munich in 2020 on a free transfer from Paris Saint-Germain.

During his time at Bayern, the forward has made 57 appearances, scoring 18 goals and providing six assists in the process.

Choupo-Moting extended his contract last summer by a further year and has played 26 games under head coach Julian Nagelsmann so far, scoring eight and creating five last season.
