Bayern Munich will be without Eric-Maxim Choupo-Moting for their Bundesliga opener after the forward posted a photo of himself in a hospital bed.
The Cameroonian revealed late on Thursday that he had an operation to remove a kidney stone last week.

He posted:
“Hey everybody, thanks for all the get-well-wishes. Last week I had a surgery. They had to remove a kidney-stone. The surgery went well and I am already under construction-training to get back on track asap.”
There is no information on when the striker could return to action but he will surely miss Friday’s Bundesliga opener against Eintracht Frankfurt.
