Bayern took care of business, as expected, away to Preußen Münster march into the next round of the DFB-Pokal.
Scorers: Choupo-Moting 9′, Laimer 40′, Krätzig 40+5′, Tel 86′
With a relatively strong team, Bayern were clearly interested in wrapping up the tie quickly, and they got the start they were looking for.
It took the visitors just nine minutes to snatch the lead through Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting, who came into the team for the rested Harry Kane.
While Münster held on for most of the remaining minutes in the first half, Bayern turned on the jets in the last five minutes and ran away with the tie.
Goals from Konrad Laimer and youngster Frans Krätzig in the dying minutes ensured the Bundesliga giants headed into the dressing room with an unassailable lead.
Bayern took their foot off the accelerator after the break, but kept Münster at bay, and a late Mathys Tel strike capped off the performance to coolly book their spot in the next round of the Pokal.
