Scorers: Gnabry 16′, Lewandowski 30′, Choupo-Moting 82′

After Serge Gnabry had one strike disallowed for a foul early on, he would eventually get his goal after firing past Oliver Baumann from the right hand side.

Robert Lewandowski – who else? – doubled their lead shortly after with a beautiful curling effort from 25 yards that flew into the corner.

After Hoffenheim threatened in the second half, Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting and Kingsley Coman scored late on to secure an impressive victory.

Scorers: Can (pen) 31′

After an even start, Borussia Dortmund broke the deadlock when Emre Can coolly slotted home from the penalty spot after Jude Bellingham was fouled.

BVB doubled their lead from an unlikely source after Mats Hummels fired an incredibly volley into the top corner from long range.

Bellingham then scored a third with a brilliant solo effort, beating two defenders before dinking over the onrushing goalkeeper Stefan Ortega, before Fabian Klos netted a late consolation for the hosts.
