Bayern dropped more points in the Bundesliga title race, drawing away to Freiburg.

Alarm bells were ringing for Bayern from the first whistle, as Freiburg created a flurry of scoring chances in the opening 10 minutes.

They were rewarded for their efforts shortly after when the hosts pounced on a scramble in the Bayern box before Christian Günter fired home from long-range to open the scoring.

The visitors responded well however, as Mathys Tel popped up with a stunning curler to level the score and tame the raucous Freiburg crowd.

Bayern completed their turnaround in the final 15 minutes after pouring on the pressure thanks to a superb solo effort from Jamal Musiala, who cut inside and fired Bayern into the lead.

The hosts had other plans however, as Freiburg reclaimed parity in the dying minutes from a long throw. After a superb knockdown, Lucas Höler fired a half-volley into the back of the net.

The draw sees Bayern head into the weekend seven points behind leaders Bayer Leverkusen having played one more game.
