After a slow start to the season, Robert Lewandowski has finally found his scoring boots for FC Barcelona in recent weeks, with his upsurge in form coinciding with the club’s improved results.

Despite being in the final phase of his career, the forward, who will soon turn 36, is in tremendous shape physically and has shown he can still make an impact.

Lewandowski’s contract with Barça runs until 2026, although the one-year extension after 2025 is an optional one and depends on him playing a certain number of matches next season.

But speculations over his future have been doing the rounds, with clubs from Saudi Arabia taking a serious interest.

As was reported last week, a team from the Middle Eastern nation has tabled a mammoth €100 million contract offer for Lewandowski.

However, a fresh report from Mundo Deportivo claims that Lewandowski has rejected the mega €100 million proposal from the unnamed Saudi Arabian club.

The 35-year-old superstar feels happy and comfortable at Barcelona and as such is not considering leaving the club at this point in time.

Hence, the former Bayern Munich superstar has rejected the enormous €100 million contract offer from Saudi.

As for Barcelona, the club are happy with Lewandowski and his performances on the field while his leadership is also seen as a key asset.

As such, the reigning La Liga champions have great confidence in the Poland captain and his professionalism to continue making vital contributions next season even though he will be 36 years old in a few months.

So, unless something drastic happens, Lewandowski and Barcelona will continue their partnership for at least another season, with the club lining up a dream move for Erling Haaland in 2025.
