La Liga champions Barcelona have been made aware of the kind of fee which will be required to strike a deal for River Plate sensation Ian Subiabre.
That’s according to Mundo Deportivo, who have early this week provided an insight into the situation.
The name of youngster Subiabre has emerged as a prominent one in the media headlines surrounding Barcelona over recent days.
This comes after TNT Sports Argentina revealed that the Blaugrana are considering a move for the Argentine.
Subiabre, for his part, is an 18-year-old attacker who chiefly operates on the wing.
The starlet has long emerged as one of South American football’s most highly-regarded young talents, with 18 appearances to his name at senior level despite his tender years.
With such talent, though, comes inevitable outside interest.
And the aforementioned Barcelona, it would appear, are one of the European clubs keeping a close eye on Subiabre’s situation at present.
Not only that, but Deco and co. have now been made aware of the kind of fee likely to be required to strike a transfer agreement for the teen.
As per a report from MD, Subiabre’s contract, which runs until 2028, contains a release clause of around €25 million.
