FC Barcelona are actively exploring ways to generate revenue this summer. These financial decisions are crucial for La Blaugrana, as they aim to navigate a more stable path forward and return to compliance with La Liga’s 1:1 financial rule. Several avenues remain open, including player departures.
One such potential departure is that of young right-back Hector Fort. The 19-year-old has been linked with a move away from the club, with interest reportedly coming from multiple clubs across Europe.

According to journalist Santi Ovalle, Barcelona believe a permanent sale of Fort could bring in a transfer fee between €6 million and €10 million.
While that amount may not seem extraordinary on the surface, it could play an important role in helping the club manage player registrations and meet financial fair play regulations.
Barcelona’s sporting department views these moderate transfers as valuable opportunities to improve liquidity during a financially challenging period.
Fort, a product of La Masia, still holds solid market value due to his age, potential, and performances when given opportunities in the first team.
Interest in Fort appears to be growing. Most notably, newly promoted Ligue 1 side Paris FC has reportedly tested the waters with an initial inquiry, showing that the defender is on the radar of clubs looking to invest in young talent.
