A remarkable statistic, highlighting the struggles of Real Madrid-bound youngster Endrick in his latest outing on the international stage, has come to the fore online.
This comes owing to the 17-year-old’s efforts in Brazil’s Copa América quarter-final meeting with Uruguay.
In the absence of the suspended Vinícius Jr, Endrick was afforded a starting berth for his country this past weekend, lining out through the middle with Rodrygo and Raphinha on either side of him.
Safe to say, however, that the starlet struggled in his attempts to make an impact on proceedings…
Brazil, when all was said and done, were sent packing from the Copa by Uruguay, owing to a penalty shootout defeat.
And, en route to as much, across a full 90 minutes on the pitch, the aforementioned Endrick managed to complete a grand total of 1 (yes, one) pass.
Not only that, but the pass in question came from kick-off…
A night to forget for the gifted young striker.
