Australian youngster Cameron Peupion pens new Brighton deal

Australian youngster Cameron Peupion has signed a new contract with Brighton.

The 19-year-old has signed terms which will take him until June 2024.

Peupion recently returned from Australia's U23 Asian Cup campaign, which ended in a semi-final loss to Saudi Arabia.

Albion under-21s coach Andrew Crofts said: "Cam made a really good start to life with us last season, after doing well for the under-18s the year before.

"Now he has had that year of learning about what level is expected from him, we're excited to see him step up in the squad and hopefully take another step in his development."
