Atlético Madrid reach agreement on personal terms with Napoli star | OneFootball

La Liga giants Atlético Madrid have reached an agreement on the terms of a contract with a member of the attacking ranks at Italian champions Napoli.

That’s according to market expert Fabrizio Romano, who points towards Giacomo Raspadori as the player in question.

It is of course common knowledge across the continent that Atlético remain on the lookout for reinforcements in the final third with a view to next season.

Following the departures of both Ángel Correa and Rodrigo Riquelme, Diego Simeone and co. are of the opinion that the Rojiblancos’ squad is lacking in depth when it comes to attacking options.

With as much in mind, a whole host of players have in turn been tipped as potential arrivals at the Metropolitano this summer.

The name of the aforementioned Raspadori has been pushed as an increasingly prominent one over recent days, and for what it would appear is good reason…

This comes amid confirmation on the part of Fabrizio Romano that:

‘Atlético Madrid have reached an agreement with Giacomo Raspadori over personal terms and sent official bid to Napoli! Proposal now being discussed between clubs; up to Napoli as Raspadori can soon become new Atléti player.’
