It has been reported that Juventus have paid an undisclosed fee to Aston Villa to secure the player’s services.
Lehmann has spent the last three seasons with Aston Villa after joining the club in the summer 2021 transfer window. The 25-year-old Swiss international forward has gone on to score 14 goals in 74 appearances for Aston Villa in all competitions. Lehmann has played her part in helping The Villans to further establish themselves as a Barclays Women’s Super League side.
The forward’s move to Juventus brings the curtain down on a six-year spell playing her football in England. Prior to her time with Aston Villa, Lehmann represented two other Barclays Women’s Super League sides in the form of West Ham United and Everton. The player will now turn her focus towards playing in the Italian game for the very first time in her career.
