Moses Simon (FC Nantes) has regained the lead on the official Ligue 1 Uber Eats assists chart with five, turning in his second two-assist performance of the season as Les Canaris thumped Angers 4-1 in Round 6.

Moses Simon's reply was not long in coming. A week after losing the lead in the official Ligue 1 Uber Eats assists rankings, the Nigerian international quickly regained his position by providing two assists at Angers SCO in Round 6. Thanks to this second two-assist turn of the season, after the one against FC Metz in Round 2, Simon is now back on top of the heap with a total of five assists in six appearances. Moses Simon arrived at FC Nantes in August 2019, on loan from La Liga side Levante before being permanently transferred a year later, and has made a superb start to the season on the left side of attack. In 2021-22, he has made three assists in open play and two from set-pieces. The latter two were directed at two central defenders, Andrei Girotto and Jean-Charles Castelletto, while his three in-play offerings found Ludovic Blas and Randal Kolo Muani (x2). The Nantes forward now has 11 goals and 15 assists in 65 Ligue 1 Uber Eats appearances.
