AS Monaco and Mizuno, the Principality club's new major partner, are delighted to present the home kit that the "Rouge & Blanc" will wear during the 2025-2026 season.
For this first collaboration, AS Monaco and Mizuno have chosen to combine tradition and modernity, paying tribute to the history of the Principality’s club with a contemporary twist.
While the iconic red and white 55-degree diagonal stripe, proudly displayed on all the “Rouge & Blanc” home jerseys since it was designed by Princess Grace in 1960, naturally features on the shirt, it also incorporates a unique embossed striped pattern.
These discreet vertical bands, which give the jersey a striking and original design, are a nod to the kits worn by the Monegasque players before the adoption of the diagonal shirt, including that with which they won the first trophy in their history, the Coupe de France, in June 1960.
Numerous details enhance this jersey, in which the Monegasques will notably play in Ligue 1 and the Champions League, the most prestigious European competition, for which AS Monaco has qualified for the second consecutive season.
The redesigned Japanese-style collar adds a touch of modernity to the kit. The princely crown surmounting the golden lettering of the slogan “Daghe Munegu” and located below the collar on the back of the shirt, as well as the gold piping on the sleeves, give it a touch of elegance and refinement. The thin red bands visible on the front of the shoulders and at the bottom of the back also subtly echo the flag of the Principality.
Finally, the AS Monaco crest, adorned in its traditional red, white, and gold colors, sits proudly over the heart, while the “Runbird,” Mizuno’s logo symbolizing the brand’s commitment to precision, quality, and innovation, is located on the other side of the chest.
The quality of the materials used, especially the 100% recycled polyester, also testifies to Mizuno’s dedication to providing first-class equipment while respecting the environment. With this 2025-2026 home kit, the first to come out of their budding collaboration, AS Monaco and Mizuno are celebrating the club’s heritage while looking ahead to the future with ambition and determination.
The Principality’s club and the Japanese brand unveiled this jersey through an original campaign based on the Japanese concept of “MA”: the art of balance. A style and aesthetic embodied by the Monegasque players who took part in a shoot at the Stade Louis-II and on the Digue Ranier III.
