AS Monaco and Mizuno are pleased to present the away kit that the “Rouge & Blanc” will wear during the 2025-2026 season.
This new away jersey celebrates the ties that unite Japan to the Principality, harmoniously blending Japanese heritage with Monegasque elegance. At the heart of its inspiration: the Japanese garden of Monaco.
The blue of the “Blue Samurai'”
This emblematic location of the Principality, which combines Japanese traditions with Mediterranean elements, is subtly represented on the front panel of the shirt. The pattern’s design aims to illustrate the unique morphology of this iconic location by recreating its layout with repeated lines and circular shapes, mirroring the patterns achieved by carefully raking the sand in traditional Zen gardens.
The blue that covers the kit is that of the “Blue Samurai'”, the Japanese national team whose jersey it traditionally dresses. This color embodies in the Land of the Rising Sun excellence, discipline, honor and resilience.
Finally, elegant golden touches, such as the edges that adorn the sleeves and the V-neck of the tunic, come to sublimate the whole and propose an association of colors that is unprecedented in the history of the Principality club jerseys. The AS Monaco crest and the “Runbird” Mizuno are thus exceptionally adorned with gold, while the slogan “Daghe Munegu” is inscribed in golden letters under the collar, on the back of the shirt.
