Barcelona’s Arturo Vidal has sat down for his first interview since joining the club.

A summer signing from Bayern Munich, Vidal has opened up about his childhood, the chance to finally play at Camp No, and his team-mates.

“I’ve never been able to play at Camp Nou,” the Chilean midfielder told the club. “When I stepped on the pitch for the first time it was incredible.

“I want to score so I can feel the appreciation of the people. I want the games to begin so I can change in this dressing room.”

Of course, no interview like this would be complete without a word on Lionel Messi.

“He is the best in history, for what he is and for what he does!

“I am very happy to share a dressing room with him and with all the great players in this team.”
