Arsenal forward Folarin Balogun has completed a permanent move to Monaco.
The USMNT international ends a three-year stay at Mikel Arteta’s side in favour of a reported €40m switch to the Principality club.
He has signed a five-year contract with the Monégasques, who currently top the Ligue 1 table after their opening three games of the season.
Balogun scored two goals from 10 appearances for the Gunners in all competitions before successive loan spells at Middlesbrough and Stade de Reims.
The 22-year-old’s spell with the Ligue 1 outfit produced 21 goals in 37 domestic outings which put him in contention for the Golden Boot.
