The red-and-white board of directors is determined that Chivas Femenil once again be in the fight for the title, without giving up its formative essence, which is why it is pleased to announce that Antonio Spinelli will be the new coach for Las Chingonas for the 2023 Apertura MX Women's League (Liga MX Femenil).
The Argentinean tactician was responsible for structuring Racing Club's Divisiones Inferiores Femeniles. With the Academia, he won the National Under-16 Tournament, while with the first team he achieved promotion to the First Division in 2018 and qualification for the Copa Libertadores in 2020.

Career and achievements- He began his career in 2009 and since then has fulfilled many roles within the different coaching staffs he has been part of. He began by analyzing opponents and later became an assistant coach.
- He spent 4 years at Racing Club, where he coached the Women's First Team, the Reserve and the Under 16 teams. He was also Coordinator of the Lower Divisions.
- In the 2018-2019 season he won the Alumni award as the Best DT of Women's Football in Argentina.
