Cameras captured the German defender being taken out by Vinicius Jr.

Militao quickly ran across and dragged Rudiger along the floor.

Both Vinicius and Militao were cracking up as they wound up their teammate.

Rudiger, though, wasn't as amused.

The 29-year-old got up off the floor and jokingly threatened to launch the bottle of water he was carrying at Militao. View the moment below...

Carlo Ancelotti: Vinicius Jr makes the difference

Vinicius Jr was given the Man-of-the-Match award for his sensational display.

Carlo Ancelotti was full of praise for the Brazilian after the match.

He said, per Marca: "Vinicius continues to progress, as the whole team is doing. The team has won the Champions League and the World Cup, like Vinicius. He continues to improve, he makes the difference in all the games, scoring goals is very important.

"Vinicius' week has been like ours, hurt by the defeat in Mallorca, but with the desire to win again. He is excited and has shown it. He will rest for a couple of days and will return against Osasuna. He does not show tiredness, but it will be good for him to rest" .

On Real Madrid's performance, he added: "We are improving and this title is going to give us a boost to fight for everything that remains, which we are going to do. Many players like Benzema are coming back, Militao is already there, they are all improving, although there have been some mistakes behind."
