Former Milan striker Andriy Shevchenko analayzed Artem Dovbyk’s current spell in the Italian capital.

In an interview with Il Messaggero, Shevchenko discussed Dovbyk’s struggles so far in his adventure with Roma following his summer move from Girona.

“The club has had a difficult start to the season, making these six months a difficult experience for him too,” said Shevchenko.

“The club’s situation put him in a tough spot,” he added. “However, he is a very motivated player, with a wealth of valuable knowledge acquired abroad.”

“He will be able to find his rhythm and we expect him to perform consistently and solidly in the second half of the season.”
