0 - In 2023/24, Leverkusen became the first team in Bundesliga history to go a whole season with zero losses.

1stLeverkusen won the Bundesliga title for the first time in the club's history in 2023/24.

1 - Die Werkself were in pole position at the end of 30 of the 34 completed Bundesliga matchdays in 2023/24 - likewise a club record.

2Alonso is just the second Spaniard to take charge of a Bundesliga club as head coach, after Pep Guardiola at Bayern Munich.

2.2 – Alonso’s points-per-game average of 2.2 is the best of any current Bundesliga coach, and any coach in Leverkusen’s history.

3 – Alonso has won three trophies as Leverkusen boss (2023/24 Bundesliga and DFB Cup, plus 2024 Supercup), which is more than the club had ever won before (1992/93 DFB Cup and 1987/88 UEFA Cup).

67 – Alonso’s win ratio now stands at 67 percent. Only three permanent coaches (excluding caretakers) have ever had a better tally in Bundesliga history, and all of them were at Bayern: Guardiola (80 percent), Flick (78 percent) and Carlo Ancelotti (73 percent). Alonso contributed to those numbers for Guardiola and Ancelotti as a player.

89 - Alonso's side scored 89 times in their title-winning season - a new club record.

90 - Leverkusens total of 90 points accumulated in their last Bundesliga season was also a club record and the joint-second highest of any team after Bayern's treble winners of 2012/13 (91).
